Travel alert on worldwide terror threats

According to Washington Times on Monday, November 23, 2015, the State Department has released a worldwide travel alert for
Americans, citing increased terrorism threats worldwide and advising U.S. citizens to "avoid large crowds or crowed places".

I think this awareness should go beyond U.S citizens alone, because terrorist are not targeting a specific citizen of a country. I will advise citizens of all countries who are under terrorist attack & threats to be vigilant when in public places or using public transportation and attending theater and sporting events, open field crusade or open field ceremony events. "The State Department authorities believe the likelihood of terror attack on Paris killing about 130 people in several locations will continue as member of ISIL/Da'esh return from Syria and Iraq".
The alert, which cited no geographic boundaries, means the attack can happen anywhere at anytime, so be aware of immediate surroundings and avoid large crowds or crowed places.
Take caution during the holiday season and at holiday festivals or events.
